Terms of Service

What this site is

ores.cc is a curated catalogue. We select pieces, photograph and describe them, and link out to independent buying platforms. We are not the seller of record for any item.

• Orders, payment, quality inspection, packing and international shipping are carried out by the buying platform you choose.
• Their terms, fees and return policies govern your purchase, not ours.
• We receive no payment from you directly.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on product pages are indicative. They are converted from the supplier listing for reference only, may lag behind the live listing, and exclude platform service fees, domestic delivery and international shipping.

The amount charged is the one displayed by the buying platform at checkout. Stock, colourways and sizes can change or sell out without notice.

Accuracy of descriptions

We describe items in good faith using the supplier listing and our own inspection notes. Colours may differ slightly between screens and production batches.

Product and brand names are used descriptively to identify the item being referenced. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of the brands shown.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mirror or resell the catalogue content without permission.
• Do not attempt to access administrative areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or from transactions concluded on third-party platforms.
