Shipping & Returns
Last updated · 2026-10-25
Every order is placed on a buying platform, not on this site. The sequence below is the same on all of them, so this page explains what to expect at each step.
The route an order takes
- You pick a platform on a product page and complete the purchase there.
- The platform buys the item from the supplier and receives it at its own warehouse in China.
- Quality inspection photos are taken on arrival. You review them and approve, exchange or return before international shipping.
- Approved items are consolidated with anything else in your warehouse and shipped on the line you choose.
Timing
- Supplier dispatch to the platform warehouse usually takes 3–7 days.
- Quality inspection and consolidation add roughly 1–3 days.
- International delivery depends on the line: economy 15–30 days, express 5–12 days. Customs clearance can extend either.
- Peak periods — November through mid-December especially — push every step longer. Order early if a date matters.
Costs
The item price is only one part. Expect a platform service fee, domestic delivery to the warehouse, and international freight charged by actual or volumetric weight.
Duties and taxes are set by your own country and are normally payable on delivery. We cannot estimate them reliably, so check your local rules before ordering.
Returns and problems
- Inspection happens before international shipping — this is the right moment to reject a flawed item, and the cheapest one.
- Once an item has left the platform warehouse, returns are governed by that platform and by your destination country’s import rules.
- If a parcel arrives damaged or short, photograph the packaging and contents before opening fully, then open a claim with the platform. Time limits are short, often 3–7 days.
What we can and cannot do
We can help you read inspection photos, compare a piece against the listing, and explain how a platform’s process works. Write to us and we will look at it with you.
We cannot change a platform’s decision, refund an order we did not take payment for, or intervene in customs.
